The villa has 297 m2 of spacious living space and hosts up to 10 people (max. 8 adults) and a surrounding plot of 1,500 m2. The villa has 3 double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom with showers and 1 single bedroom. The master bedroom has 1 sofa bed for one person.

Three double bedrooms have air conditioning and access to the balcony, while the single bedroom has no air conditioning nor access to the balcony. The villa has a majestic sea view, and on the outdoor terrace, you will enjoy the infinity pool of size 48 m2 and a depth of 1.5 m.

Villa is perfect for family or friend gatherings and has a billiard table in the living room. Next to the pool is a charcoal or wood grill, so you can dine at the outdoor table.

The property is fenced, so if you have pets, they will be safe while sniffing around the plot. In the garden there is a slide and two swings with a small playhouse where kids can have fun.
